How much is U.S. shipping?

Free shipping will automatically be applied to your qualifying minimum subtotal of at least $50; no code needed. The subtotal is the amount of your order after promotional codes are applied and does not include taxes or shipping. For domestic orders under $50, we offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process before shipping.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Can I return a gift?

If you received a product purchased from our website as a gift and don’t wish to keep it, it may be eligible for exchange or store credit. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please email for more details.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


What is a preorder?

A preorder is an order placed for a product that is in production, rather than in stock. The estimated ship date is included in the product description. Your payment will be processed when the order is placed to reserve your item. Once the item becomes available, you will receive confirmation via email that your order has shipped.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, you may cancel your preorder if it has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. Please email for assistance.

Are you a real therapist?

Yes. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston. I have been helping those struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression for about ten years. I work with older adolescent and adult populations. I love the work that I do and I am passionate about helping people live the life of their dreams.

Can you be my therapist?

Unfortunately, I don't have the availability to work with any new clients right now. And legally, I can only provide therapy services to people living in the state of Vermont, the only state where I am currently licensed. My practice is located in Manchester, Vermont where I meet with people in person and I have the capacity to meet via telehealth for those that live in other parts of the state.

How do I find a therapist?

I recommend checking in with your insurance company to see what providers work with your insurance. You can call the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card. You can also go to to view profiles of therapists in your area. You can filter your search by insurance, specialties, etc.

Is therapy for me?

Therapy is the best! Why not add another person to you your life that is rooting for you? You can learn to better understand and manage your emotions, become more aware of your thought patterns, and learn more effective coping skills to improve your life. It is hard work, and it is worthy work. You deserve it!
