It’s easy to be present yet think wonderful thoughts, that you can record. I started coloring most all the spaces, but also realized how keeping some blank, sets off the color patterns. Relaxing!

I love the journal so much that I ordered one for each of the women in a motherhood group that I am in charge of! And this journal isn't just for adult women...I think it would be perfect for a teenage girl struggling with perfectionism or low self-esteem. I wish I'd had it as a teen!

I've always loved writing in my journal, but I've wanted some inspiration of what to write other than what happened that day. I am making my way through this deck one day and card at a time, and so far I love the affirmations.
